Sony has announced a trio of 3D-capable HDTV series this year, but only the flagship XBR-LX900 actually includes the glasses--2 pair !--you'll need to enjoy 3D content. Of course, other family members beyond the first two will have to get their own pairs, sold separately ($150 each), but at least with this model Sony builds the emitter into the TV (the others make you purchase the $50 emitter separately). Along with the Panasonic TC-PVT25 series, it's the only 3D-capable TV announced so far to include glasses, although the Panasonic only includes one pair.

The newest Sony Cyber-Shot digital point-and-shoot cameras will come equipped with GPS and a digital compass. Users can use Google Maps to find the best shooting spots. The DSC-HX5V and DSC-TX7 cameras are the smallest and thinnest AVCHD (Advanced Video Codec High Definition) capable camera.

The new Sanyo Xacti cams are lighter and thinner than ever before. The VPC- SH1 is a little larger but comes with 1080p recording, a 35mm wide-angle lens, 30x optical zoom and takes 4 megapixel photos while the 1-inch thick VPC-CS1 records 1080p, but only has 10x zoom and takes 3 megapixel stills.

The iTablet, a touch screen tablet from Apple, has been rumoured to be ready to go sometime in 2010. As with all things Apple, this tablet will be sleek looking and rumour has it the screen will not be OLED but will be a 10.1" LTPS LCD like the screen of the iPhone.
